About 15 years ago I realized that what I was eating wasn’t serving me well. I had terrible digestive problems and suffered severe mood swings related to my monthly cycle. I went on an intensive journey that taught me new ways to nourish my body through nutrition, targeted supplementation, and changes in my “wellness” practices. I cleaned up my food, cleared out toxic cleaning products, and even swapped my Tupperware for glass storage containers!
The result? Smooth digestion. Balanced hormones. Loads of energy. I’m back in my vibrant, whole, happy body.
I learned how food directly affects our wellbeing—and we all need to be healthy in order to thrive and live our life’s purpose. But it wasn’t until more recently that I started to think about what I was putting on my skin!
I realized that my makeup and skincare products weren’t nearly as tuned up as my nutrition knowledge, wellness practices, and movement mindset, so I dove back into education to complete my vital quest for health and ongoing health and longevity.
In the past four years, I’ve tried all kinds of organic, non-toxic products. You name a brand and I’ve probably tried it! This past year I finally landed on Beauty Counter because the pigments are bold and beautiful, and I absolutely LOVE the way they make my skin feel and look.
