Just THREE ingredients:

• Collagen

• Blueberries

• Vanilla Protein powder

Maybe a handful of greens!

When working with clients, I always have them try to hit 35g of fiber a day, and eat 30 plants a week (including herbs, spices, and tea).

BLUEBERRY SKIN & GUT-BOOSTING SMOOTHIE

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened alt milk of choice (or water)

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1.5 servings vanilla protein powder

  • 1 serving (13 grams) collagen

  • Optional: ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Add milk, berries, protein powder, and collagen to the blender, and blend to combine.

  2. Add desired amount of ice cubes for a frosty smoothie.
